Renowned for miraculous works and spiritual sanctity, he continues to stand as a heavenly mediator for all.
Mar Andraeus Bava, who lived as a saint, visited various churches in Malankara. Guided by divine direction, this holy father arrived at the ancient Christian church in Kallada, where he lived piously and eventually passed away. His tomb in the sanctuary of the church, even after many years, still remains a beacon of spiritual radiance among the people of Malankara. Every year, on March 2nd and 3rd (Kumbham 18th and 19th), people from different parts of the region attend his annual feast to receive blessings. Through this, the holy father continues to affirm the reality of life beyond death in the presence of God.
